- 3/4 cup(s) European Style Salted Butter, 1.5 sticks
- 4 oz Central Market Baking Chocolate Unsweetened 100% Cacao, chopped into pieces
- 2 cup(s) Pure Cane Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Fine Crystals Mediterranean Sea Salt
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line an 8" X 8" baking pan with a large enough piece of foil to hang over edge of pan. Set aside.
- Place butter and chocolate in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until butter melts and chocolate starts to soften.
- Remove from microwave and stir in sugar and salt. Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Beat in eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth. Add flour and stir until completely incorporated. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 to 28 minutes.
- Cool on a rack for 30 minutes. Transfer brownies to a cutting board using the overhanging foil. Cut into individual servings.
