Unsaved Maple Pecan Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Turkey breast, thawed
  • 1 cup H-E-B Organics Grade A Medium Amber Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Hill Country Fare Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Hill Country Fare Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Hill Country Fare Pecan Halves, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Place in a slow cooker.
  2. Pour 1 cup water, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, and butter over turkey.
  3. Set on low and cook 8 hours or until internal temperature is 180°F. Transfer turkey to a platter, drizzle with maple syrup drippings and pecans as desired.
