
Maple Pecan Crusted Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp H-E-B Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Central Market Organics Medium Maple Syrup (reserve 2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cayenne pepper
- 3 lb All Natural Pork Loin Roast
- 3 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Pecan pieces
Instructions
- For maple ginger marinade, combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup maple syrup, ginger and cayenne pepper in small bowl. Set aside.
- Make slits all over pork loin, insert garlic slice in each.
- Place roast in large zipper bag.
- Add maple ginger marinade.
- Seal bag, turn roast several times to coat all sides. Refrigerate overnight.
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- For maple pecan glaze, combine pecans and 2 tablespoons maple syrup in small bowl. Set aside.
- Place marinated pork in foil-lined roasting pan, roast 20 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350°F.
- Roast 10-15 minutes or until center internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove from oven, spread maple pecan glaze on top, roast 10 more minutes.
- Remove from oven, cover with foil, rest 20 minutes before slicing. Serve with sweet potato biscuits.
