Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tbsp For Real Maple Magic Seasoning blend
  • 12 oz Sweet Petite baby carrots
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives (optional), (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a large microwaveable bowl, add butter and seasoning. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir together and add carrots. Toss to coat.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with foil. Spread carrots out in a single layer. Roast for 15 to 17 minutes or to desired doneness.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with finely chopped fresh chives if desired.
