Ingredients

  • 1 each Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) Green Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 each Sweet Corn on the Cob
  • 1 each Limes, juiced
  • 1 cup(s) Tomato, chopped and seeded
  • 8 oz Mahi Mahi
  • 1 tbsp Adams Sazon Seasoning
  • 4 each Tostadas

Instructions

  1. Preheat non-stick pan to medium-high heat.
  2. While pan is heating, place all produce in a large bowl.
  3. Season fish with Adams seasoning.
  4. Add a little grapeseed oil to the pan and place fish in the pan.
  5. Cook until internal temperature of fish is 145ºF.
  6. Heat tostadas in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. To build tostadas, place several pieces of fish on each tostada and top with slaw mix.
