Ingredients
- 1 Green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Green Cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Sweet Corn on the Cob
- 1 Limes, juiced
- 1 cup Tomato, chopped and seeded
- 8 oz Mahi Mahi
- 4 Tostadas
- 1 tbsp Adams Sazon Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat non-stick pan to medium-high heat.
- While pan is heating, place all produce in a large bowl.
- Season fish with Adams seasoning.
- Add a little grapeseed oil to the pan and place fish in the pan.
- Cook until internal temperature of fish is 145ºF.
- Heat tostadas in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
- To build tostada, place several pieces of fish on the tostada then top with slaw mix.
