Unsaved Lemon and Harissa Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mild harissa paste
  • 12 oz broccoli florets
  • 1 medium lemon, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together oil and harissa paste. Add broccoli and toss until well coated.
  3. Spread broccoli evenly on baking sheet and roast 15 minutes or until fork tender. Remove from oven, squeeze lemon juice over broccoli and serve.
