Ingredients

  • 20 cup(s) Water
  • 16 oz Rice, H‑E‑B Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice
  • 1 each Mi Tienda Cinnamon, sticks
  • 14 oz Condensed Milk, Sweetened
  • 1 qt Milk, Almond Milk can be substituted
  • 4 cup(s) Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large plastic bucket combine rice, (Boiling) water, salt, and cinnamon and whisk until.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. 8 hours minimum
  3. Using a blender or stick blender grind up rice for 1 minute. Strain through a fine strainer, this may be done in several batches.
  4. Add milks, sugar vanilla and whisk to combine. Adjust sweetness to your liking by adding more sugar. Can be stored in refrigerator up to 3 days
  5. Serve over ice.
