Ingredients
- 1 Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 14.5 oz Green beans, drained
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Fresh garlic clove(s), peeled and chopped
- 1 Small roma tomato, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp H-E-B Grated Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F .
- Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine green beans, oil, garlic and tomato in prepared baking dish.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Top with seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Loosely cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until hot.
