Unsaved Italian-Style Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 14.5 oz Green beans, drained
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Fresh garlic clove(s), peeled and chopped
  • 1 Small roma tomato, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp H-E-B Grated Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F .
  2. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine green beans, oil, garlic and tomato in prepared baking dish.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Top with seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Loosely cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until hot.
