- 2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, leaves and tender stems loosely packed
- 1 cup(s) fresh mint, leaves and tender stems only loosely packed
- 3 each cloves of garlic, lightly crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) fresh squeezed lemon juice, juice of approximately 2 medium lemons
- 1 tsp ground cumin, plus more as needed to taste
- 2 tbsp jalapeño, diced *optional as needed for heat
- 1/3 cup(s) cold water
Instructions
- In a blender combine all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste and refrigerate for later use.
- Chef's Note: Perfect dipping sauce for Samosa's and condiment for grilled veggies and chicken.
