Unsaved Indian Hari Chutney-Green Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh cilantro, leaves and tender stems loosely packed
  • 1 cup Fresh mint, leaves and tender stems only loosely packed
  • 3 cloves Garlic, lightly crushed
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Fresh squeezed lemon juice, juice of approximately 2 medium lemons
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin, plus more as needed to taste
  • 2 tbsp Jalapeño, diced *optional as needed for heat
  • 1/3 cup Cold water

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
  2. Season to taste and refrigerate for later use.
  3. Chef's Note: Perfect dipping sauce for Samosa's and condiment for grilled veggies and chicken.
