
Hot Honey Lemon Shrimp Stir Fry

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Raw shrimp
- 2 tbsp Adams Reserve Lemon Honey Pepper Seasoning
- 2 cups Red onion, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 Large red bell pepper, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- 8 oz Fresh sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup Hot honey, (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup Green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves only, finely chopped
Instructions
- Rinse and drain shrimp. Toss with honey lemon pepper seasoning (or all purpose seasoning of choice).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, bell peppers and red chili flakes to skillet. Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until onions start to soften.
- Add sugar snap peas and shrimp. Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until shrimp turns pink and are cooked through.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with hot honey. Sprinkle green onions, mint and cilantro over shrimp. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice if desired.
