
Hot Honey Ancho Grilled Wings

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 lb Chicken Wing Drumettes
- 1 tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Fish Market Sweet Chile Ancho Spice Blend, divided use
- 3 tbsp Salted butter
- 2 tbsp Wildflower honey
- 2 tsp Limes, finely zested
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, leaves only finely chopped
Instructions
- Season wingettes generously on all sides with 3/4 of sweet ancho seasoning. Set aside at room temperature.
- Heat grill to medium-high. Meanwhile, add butter to a microwaveable bowl along with honey, lime zest, cilantro and remaining ancho seasoning. Heat just until butter melts. Set aside.
- Place wings on hot grill and cook about 15 to 18 minutes, or until crispy around the edges and nicely browned on all sides.
- Transfer to a large bowl, drizzle with honey/butter mixture and toss wings to coat. Season with salt to taste and serve.
