
Holiday Wreath Pizza

Ingredients
- 16 oz Central Market Frozen Pizza Dough
- 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp Italian herb blend
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt, (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes, (or to taste)
- 6 oz Flavor Bombs small tomatoes
- 4 oz Fresh mozzarella balls, (or sliced fresh mozzarella)
Instructions
- Thaw frozen pizza dough in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat oven to 450ºF and place a rack in the bottom of the oven. While oven is heating, stretch dough loosely into a disc by hand. Lightly flour baking sheet and hand stretch into a circle on the pan. Make a hole in the middle to form a wreath shape.

- In a small bowl mix together olive oil, garlic, Italian herbs, salt and red pepper flakes. Brush over the dough.
- Brush mixture over the dough then top with tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until dough is puffed and nicely browned.
- Drizzle with additional garlic oil if desired and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
