
Herb Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
- 16 oz H-E-B Herb Stuffing Mix
- 16 oz Fresh Pork Sausage
- 1 cup H-E-B Fresh Creole Seasoning Mix, in produce section
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper, ground
- 1 cup Turkey gravy
- 2 cups Central Market Organics Free Range Chicken Broth
- 3 tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter
- 1 Kitchen and Table Copper Bake and Roast Pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick spray.
- Add herb stuffing mix to a large bowl and set aside.
- Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat and add sausage, breaking into smaller pieces with a spatula or spoon, and cook until no longer pink.
- Add Creole seasoning blend and sauté 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
- Add salt, pepper, gravy and chicken broth. Stir to combine, bring to a low simmer then remove from heat.
- Pour vegetable and broth mixture into herb stuffing mix and stir well to combine. Transfer to prepared pan and dot with butter on top.
- Bake on middle oven rack for 50 to 60 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
