
Harvest Stuffed Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 6 oz Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix
- 2 Fresh Envy Apple, peeled and chopped
- 3 tbsp H‑E‑B Dried Whole Cranberries
- 1 cup Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces, toasted
- 1 tbsp Central Market Organics Sage
- 4 lb H‑E‑B Pork Center Loin Roast Boneless, butterflied
- 1/2 tsp H-E-B Fine Crystals Mediterranean Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Cover a baking sheet with foil then spray with cooking oil. Set aside briefly.
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Remove from heat and gently stir in fruit, nuts, and sage.
- Place pork roast cut-side up on a work surface and roll out. Spread stuffing evenly over the meat. Starting on a long side, roll up meat. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 45 minutes or until meat reaches 160ºF. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
