Gunpowder Wings

Unsaved Gunpowder Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Adams Reserve Gunpowder Rub, divided use
  • 3 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. While oven is preheating, season wings on all sides with 1 tablespoon of gunpowder rub.
  3. Using a small mixing bowl add honey and the other tablespoon of gunpowder rub and stir together.
  4. Arrange wings on sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While wings bake, place honey and remaining tablespoon of gunpowder rub in a small bowl and stir to combine.
  6. Remove wings from the sheet pan and serve hot.
  7. Remove wings from oven and coat with honey mixture. Return sheet pan to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes until wings register 165ºF on an internal thermometer.
