
Gunpowder Wings

- 2 1/2 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Adams Reserve Gunpowder Rub, divided use
- 3 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a half sheet pan with foil and set aside briefly.
- While oven is preheating, season wings on all sides with 1 tablespoon of gunpowder rub.
- Arrange wings on sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- While wings bake, place honey and remaining tablespoon of gunpowder rub in a small bowl and stir to combine.
- Remove wings from oven and coat with honey mixture. Return pan to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes until wings register 165ºF on an internal thermometer.
- Remove wings from pan and serve hot.
