Unsaved Grilled Smoky BBQ Shrimp

  • 1 lb Easy Peel Shell-On Raw Colossal Shrimp, 13 -15 ct./lb.
  • 1 tbsp Bagel Not Included Smoky Jalapeño Spice Blend

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add shrimp and run cold water over it until thawed, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. While shrimp thaws, start a fire with a little Match Light Charcoal and a couple pieces of your favorite wood. Let it burn for 30 to 40 minutes to get some nice coals.
  3. Peel shrimp and season both sides.
  4. Spray grill with a little non-stick cooking spray. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Remove shrimp from grill and serve hot.
