- 8 Smoked beef sausage
- 8 Flour tortillas
- 8 oz Shredded three cheddar cheese blend
- 1 cup Sweet and spicy barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup Mild diced green chilies

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Grill sausages until heated through with nice grill marks, about 8 to10 minutes, remove to a plate.
- Place tortillas on grill and divide cheese and chiles evenly between tortillas. Toast tortillas just long enough for cheese to begin to melt.
- Place sausage on tortilla and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Serve warm.
