
Grilled Sausage With Pickle Cheese Slaw

- 4 each Better Than Good Smoked Sausage Links
- 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground
- 1/2 cup(s) Cookwell Dill Pickle Vinaigrette
- 7 oz Cabbage Slaw
- 2 tbsp Red Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup(s) Bell Pepper Trio
- 1 cup(s) Shredded Cheddar Thick Cut
- 4 each Brioche Hot Dog Buns
Instructions
- Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat. Place sausage on grill and cook 5 minutes per side, turning occasionally to avoid burning.
- While sausages are grilling combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and pickle vinaigrette in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add cabbage mix, red onion, bell peppers, and cheese to mayonnaise mixture and toss until well coated.
- Warm buns if desired, then place a sausage in each roll. Top with a 1/3 cup of pickle cheese slaw and serve immediately.
