
Green Chile Egg Bite Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
Serves 2
- 6 oz Plant Based Breakfast Sausage, thawed, sliced into two 3 ounce patties
- 2 tbsp Plant Based Butter
- 4 each Wheat Bread, 4 slices
- 2 each Plant Based Cheddar Style Sliced Cheese
- 2 each Chile Verde Egg Bites, Cut in half horizontally and heated in microwave per package directions
- 2 tbsp Salsa Verde
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook sausage patties according to package directions. Place on a plate and cover to keep warm.
- Return pan to heat and spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. When pan is hot, place 2 pieces of bread butter-side down in the pan.
- Lay a slice of cheddar cheese on one side of bread then top with egg bites pieces and one sausage patty. Top with a tablespoon of salsa and place the other slice of bread on top. Repeat for second sandwich.
