Unsaved Grapefruit Moscow Mule Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 8 Fresh Mint., chopped, plus more for garnish if desired
  • 11 1/4 fl oz Central Market Organic Ruby Red Grapefruit Italian Soda.
  • 6 3/4 fl oz Central Market Organic Clementine Ginger Beer
  • 1 tbsp Lime, juice

Instructions

  1. Add chopped mint leaves to 2 serving glasses and crush firmly with the back of a spoon or a muddler to release the natural oils. Add ice to glasses.
  2. Add red grapefruit soda, clementine ginger beer and lime juice to a pitcher. Stir gently.
  3. Divide equally between the glasses. Garnish with fresh mint, a thin wedge of fresh grapefruit or a lime slice if desired.
