- 2 lb boneless skinless natural chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 6 oz Monterey Umami Stir Fry Mushrooms
- 8 1/5 oz Stick + Tine Ginger Scallion Asian Everything Sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) green onions
Instructions
- Place a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- While pan heats, season chicken with salt.
- Add avocado oil to hot pan and add chicken.
- Cook for 6 minutes then stir-in mushrooms and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
- Add ginger scallion sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chopped green onions and remove from heat.
- Serve hot.
