Unsaved Ghostly Madeleines

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 16 oz vanilla candy coating white chocolate, melted per package directions
  • 12 each madeleine cookies
  • 1 each black icing writer

Instructions

  1. Spray parchment or wax paper with non-stick spray.
  2. Pour melted white chocolate into a small bowl. Dip top half of cookies into chocolate and gently tap to remove extra chocolate. Lay carefully on parchment paper.
  3. When white chocolate is almost dry, use the black icing to put eyes and a mouth and any other decorations on your ghost cookie. Let dry then enjoy!
