- 16 oz vanilla candy coating white chocolate, melted per package directions
- 12 each madeleine cookies
- 1 each black icing writer
Instructions
- Spray parchment or wax paper with non-stick spray.
- Pour melted white chocolate into a small bowl. Dip top half of cookies into chocolate and gently tap to remove extra chocolate. Lay carefully on parchment paper.
- When white chocolate is almost dry, use the black icing to put eyes and a mouth and any other decorations on your ghost cookie. Let dry then enjoy!
