
Garlic Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil, (or other neutral flavored oil) divided use
- 1 1/2 lb Thin sliced chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 H-E-B Stir Fry Kit - Garlic Sesame Flavor
- 1 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, finely
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of oil and chicken. Sprinkle with ginger and sesame seeds, and stir and cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is mostly cooked through or until no more pink is visible. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- Add remaining oil to pan along with vegetables from stir fry kit, onion and water. Stir to combine. Cook and stir for 8 to 10 minutes or to desired cooking point of vegetables.
- Reduce heat to low and add chicken back to the pan. Add sauce packet and stir to coat. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, just to heat through. Finish with fresh cilantro if desired.
