- 1 tsp Orange, zest only
- 1 tsp Fresh garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Fine Crystals Sea Salt, coarsely ground
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove woody ends from asparagus with a knife or by breaking off the bottom portion of each stalk wherever it breaks with light pressure.
- Drizzle with oil and toss with orange zest, garlic and salt.
- When grill is hot, place asparagus on grill just long enough to char slightly and turn asparagus bright green. Stalks should be tender/firm, but not mushy. Turn occasionally to char evenly and remove from grill.
