- 2 cup(s) mixed greens
- 1 cup(s) cucumber, diced
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) red onions, thin sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemons, juiced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium tomato, cut in half and then sliced
- 4 each whole wheat hot dog buns
- 4 each plant-based hot dogs, prepared according to package directions
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, avocado and red onion with lemon juice and olive oil. Set aside.
- Open buns, layer in a couple sliced tomatoes and prepared hot dog.
- Top with a generous amount of garden salad.
