
Fried Pickle Dip

Ingredients
Serves 8
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup(s) plain panko bread crumbs
- 16 oz sour cream
- 12 oz Whipped Plain Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 oz ranch seasoning
- 16 oz Byers Best Dill Pickles, drained, reserving 2 Tb of pickle brine, and chopped fine
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a small saute pan set over medium-low heat, melt butter. Once butter is melted, add panko and toss to coat. Toast for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Set aside.
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chopped pickles, pickle brine, and fresh dill in a bowl. Stir to combine.
- To serve, transfer pickle dip to a bowl and top with toasted breadcrumbs.
