Unsaved Fiesta Salmon Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 each jalapeño Atlantic salmon burgers
  • 8 9/10 oz garden lime crunch chopped salad kit

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil to a large non-stick skillet set over medium heat. Add burgers and cook approximately 5 minutes per side until each side is nicely browned and internal temperature reaches at least 155ºF.
  2. Let burger patties cool before chopping. Add salmon and bag salad mix to a serving bowl and toss to combine.
