Unsaved Fiesta At Home Chicken On A Stick

  • 8 each breaded Chicken Breast Chunks
  • 4 each H-E-B Aloha Bakery Rolls, cut in half
  • 4 large bamboo skewers
  • 4 each whole pickled jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Place chicken chunks in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy and heated through.
  2. While chicken cooks, place half of a roll on each skewer and push until it is about 3-inches from the base of the skewer.
  3. When chicken is done, thread a chunk onto each skewer, slide until it is on top of the roll then add other half of roll.
  4. Add second chicken chunk to skewers and top with a whole jalapeño. Squeeze jalapeño slightly to allow juice to run down skewer and chicken. Serve immediately.
