
Enchilada Sheet Tray Nachos

Ingredients
- 16 oz Mi Tienda Salsa Roja Para Enchiladas
- 12 oz Fully Cooked Seasoned Pork Carnitas de Cerdo
- 10 oz Cheese enchilada flavored tortilla chips
- 8 oz Double Pepper Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
- 8 oz Queso Oaxaca Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup Crema Agria Mexican-Style Sour Cream
- 1 cup Fresh pico de gallo
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium pot, add half the enchilada sauce and all of the fully cooked pork. Cook over medium heat until pork is heated through.
- Spread chips evenly on prepared sheet tray. Evenly distribute the pork carnitas over the chips.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese has fully melted.
- Drizzle remaining enchilada sauce and crema over the top. Garnish with fresh pico de gallo.
