
Easy Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, extra fat removed, cut into1/2 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 12.5 oz Maya Kaimal Butter Masala Chicken Sauce
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. In a small bowl toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until well coated.
- Add oil to hot pan, wait 10 seconds then add chicken. Cook, stirring constantly, until no pink is visible, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn heat down to low and add Butter Chicken Sauce. Stir to coat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Add a tablespoon or two of water if sauce starts to get too thick.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice.
