  • 10 each baby Swiss cheese slices, 1 package
  • 25 each dill pickle chips, or as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with non-stick foil. Place 5 slices of cheese evenly spaced out onto the pan.
  3. Lay approximately 4 to 5 pickle chips evenly over each slice of cheese to cover, place another slice of cheese on top of pickles.
  4. Repeat the process with each set of cheese slices and pickles. Place in the oven and bake until cheese is crispy and nicely browned, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes to allow cheese to set up and crisp.
  6. Eat as a snack or use as a gluten free sandwich bread alternative.
