
Crispy Thai Peanut Wings

Ingredients
Serves 8
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 3 lb chicken wings, (wing portions or drumettes)
- 1 each 9.8 oz jar Watcharee's Thai Peanut Sauce
- 2 small limes, zested and juiced
- 1 each spray oil, as needed
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425ºF.
- In a small bowl mix together baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne and salt. Sprinkle over wings to coat well and toss to combine.
- Place a rack on a rimmed baking sheet and spray rack and wings well with oil. Spread out wings in a single layer and place in oven. Cook for 25 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 10 minutes to brown nicely.
- While wings are cooking add peanut sauce to a large bowl. Add zest and juice of limes and stir to combine.
- When wings are golden brown and crispy remove from oven and add to sauce. Stir or toss to coat wings.
- Chef's note: if desired garnish with finely chopped green onions and cilantro.
