
Creamy Garlic Peppercorn Beef Penne Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 lb Garlic peppercorn beef tips
- 1/2 cup Yellow onions, medium diced
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen peas
- 1 lb Penne pasta, cooked, drained, and lightly oiled
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 3/4 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. When hot. add beef tips and cook for 7 minutes or until browned and crispy on the outside.
- Stir in onion and frozen peas, and sauté for 2 minutes to soften onions. Season with salt and pepper then add beef broth. Cook for 2 minutes until liquid is reduced by half.
- Pour in cream, stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Add in cooked pasta and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.
