
Cranberry Champagne Cake

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Champagne
- 2 Hill Country Fare Grade A Large Eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp TX large navel oranges, zested
- 1 oz Box H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Pound Cake Mix
- 1 cup Frozen cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325ºF.
- Lightly grease 2 small loaf pans.
- Combine champagne, eggs, zest, and dry pound cake mix together in a bowl and mix just until incorporated.
- Mix in frozen cranberries.
- Divide batter between loaf pans, and place in oven.
- Bake 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center of cakes comes out clean.
- Cool cakes completely before wrapping.
