Ingredients
- 1 Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 16.5 oz Hill Country Fare Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1 cup H-E-B Select Ingredients Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 Hill Country Fare Grade A Large Eggs, large
- 1/3 cup Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
- 1 tsp McCormick Ground Ginger
- 16 oz Cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Mix together cake mix, walnuts, oats, eggs, canola oil and ginger in a large bowl.
- Spread 1/2 of mixture onto bottom of prepared baking dish (reserve other 1/2 mixture for topping).
- In a separate bowl, gently stir cranberry sauce and then evenly spread on top of prepared crust.
- Pinch and press pieces of reserved mixture and scatter over cranberry filling.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes until light brown.
- Let bars cool 30 minutes and then cut into 24 portions.
