- 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sweet soy glaze
- 4 each gluten free spinach herb tortillas
- 8 oz Cracked Peppercorn Turkey Breast
- 1 medium jalapeño pepper, stem removed, cut into 4 spears, seeds removed
- 1/4 each English cucumber, end trimmed, halved and cut in 3 inch long pieces
- 1/3 cup(s) Fresh matchstick carrots
- 4 tbsp fresh cilantro, stems removed, whole leaves picked
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and sweet soy glaze and whisk to combine. Lay out tortillas and spread about a tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture on each one.
- Divide turkey into equal amounts on top of mayonnaise mixture followed by one strip of jalapeño and two strips of cucumber down the middle. Finish with a sprinkle of carrots and cilantro.
- Roll each wrap up from top to bottom and cut in half if desired. Serve with extra sriracha.
