  • 2 cup(s) Oaxaca Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) Chorizo de San Manuel Chorizo, removed from casing and crumbled
  • 6 each Flour Tortillas, warmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread out cheese in an oven-proof dish and top with crumbled chorizo. Bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Check melting cheese then stir generously to incorporate drippings from chorizo. Bake another 2 to 4 minutes until cheese is completely melted.
  4. Remove from oven and stir before serving with tortillas.
