
Chorizo Dip with Garlic Tostada Chips

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 oz Regular sour cream
- 2 tbsp Chorizo paste, plus more as needed to taste
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, minced or chopped fine
- 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh lime, juiced
- 1 Large garlic clove, zested or minced fine
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil spray Garlic flavored, or as needed to coat tortillas
- 8 Street taco sized corn tortillas, tortillas cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl combine sour cream, chorizo paste, cilantro, lime juice and garlic. Mix until just smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld and set up. Make tostadas while sauce is resting.
- Arrange tortillas on prepared sheet pan. Spray each tortilla liberally with garlic olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until just toasted and golden brown. Allow tostadas to cool and finish crisping up. Serve tostada chips with dip. Refrigerate any leftover dip for up to 3 days.
