Unsaved Chicken and Waffle Sandwiches

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 each Whole Wheat Flax Waffles, toasted
  • 1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp Original Syrup
  • 4 oz low sodium sliced chicken, from deli
  • 4 each romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Toast waffles in the toaster or oven.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and maple syrup together in a small bowl and spread onto waffles.
  3. Divide all the ingredients and build sandwiches with chicken, lettuce and tomatoes.
