Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Avocado oil, divided use
- 1 lb H-E-B Shaved Pork Ribeye
- 21 oz Pkg. H‑E‑B Vegetable Stir Fry Kit - Lo Mein
- 1/2 cup Stick + Tine Char Siu Chinese Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup Green onions (optional), about 2, very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves only, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to skillet. Place a few slices at a time in a single layer in the skillet and sear quickly on both sides. Remove to a plate keep warm. Repeat with remaining meat until the whole batch is cooked.
- Remove pan from heat and return pork to skillet.
- Heat a second skillet over medium-high heat. Add remaining oil and stir-fry kit vegetables to pan. Stir and cook according to package directions.
- Add noodles and sauce as directed. Stir and cook just long enough to heat through.
- Add Char Siu barbecue sauce to pan with pork and place over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or just long enough to reduce sauce slightly and heat pork through.
- Serve pork alongside vegetable low mein. Garnish with green onions and cilantro if desired.
