Unsaved Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old fashioned oats
  • 1 Scoop FORMUFIT by H‑E‑B Whey 24g Protein Powder Blend - French Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Pecan pieces
  • 2 tbsp No sugar added raisins
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Low fat cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp White chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except yogurt, cream cheese, and white chocolate in a bowl. Mix to combine.
  2. Transfer to a lidded container and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Spread white chocolate mixture evenly over the top of the overnight oats. Serve immediately.
  4. The next morning, combine yogurt with cream cheese and melted white chocolate in a bowl. Mix to combine.
