- 1 cup(s) old fashioned oats
- 1 each scoop FORMUFIT by H‑E‑B Whey 24g Protein Powder Blend - French Vanilla
- 2 tbsp pecan pieces
- 2 tbsp no sugar added raisins
- 1 cup(s) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup(s) carrots, shredded
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup(s) Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp low fat cream cheese
- 3 tbsp white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except yogurt, cream cheese, and white chocolate in a bowl. Mix to combine.
- Transfer to a lidded container and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, combine yogurt with cream cheese and melted white chocolate in a bowl. Mix to combine.
- Spread white chocolate mixture evenly over the top of the overnight oats. Serve immediately.
