
Cajun Turkey Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 16 oz Penne pasta, or 16 ounces of any pasta
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced or zested, approximately 1/4 ounce
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 cup Tuscan Style Italian Dressing
- 2 cups In-House Roasted Cajun Turkey, cubed
- 15 oz Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Sliced pepperoncini, drained
- 1/3 cup Bacon Bits
- 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water with a large pinch of salt to a rapid boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, oregano and Italian dressing. Whisk until creamy and smooth then season to taste and set aside.
- In a large serving bowl, combine cooled pasta, turkey, garbanzo beans, pepperoncini, bacon bits and feta cheese. Toss to combine.
- Add dressing mixture to pasta salad and mix until creamy. Garnish with green onions if desired and serve.
