Cajun Turkey Pasta Salad

Unsaved Cajun Turkey Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Penne pasta, or 16 ounces of any pasta
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced or zested, approximately 1/4 ounce
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup Tuscan Style Italian Dressing
  • 2 cups In-House Roasted Cajun Turkey, cubed
  • 15 oz Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Sliced pepperoncini, drained
  • 1/3 cup Bacon Bits
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water with a large pinch of salt to a rapid boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, oregano and Italian dressing. Whisk until creamy and smooth then season to taste and set aside.
  3. In a large serving bowl, combine cooled pasta, turkey, garbanzo beans, pepperoncini, bacon bits and feta cheese. Toss to combine.
  4. Add dressing mixture to pasta salad and mix until creamy. Garnish with green onions if desired and serve.
