Ingredients

  • 1 each 12 ct. mini sweet corn on the cob
  • 1 cup(s) garlic Parmesan butter dollops, melted
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Mi Tienda Jalapeño Mayo
  • 1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) cotija cheese

Instructions

  1. Turn grill to high heat. Heat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Place corn on the grill and cook until all sides are charred.
  3. Transfer corn to an oven-safe dish and add melted butter and Cajun seasoning.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove corn and toss with jalapeño mayo, cilantro and cotija cheese.
  6. Serve hot.
