- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup(s) low moisture part-skim mozzarella shredded cheese
- 1 cup(s) shredded dark & white meat rotisserie chicken
- 3/4 cup(s) wing sauce - medium
- 6 each jalapeños, sliced in half, stemmed and seeded
- 12 oz black pepper bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Set aside briefly.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chicken, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until combined.
- Spoon about 1.5 Tablespoons of cream cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around stuffed jalapeños. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
