Unsaved Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Popper

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Low moisture part-skim mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded dark & white meat rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup Wing sauce - medium
  • 6 Jalapeños, sliced in half, stemmed and seeded
  • 12 oz Black pepper bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Set aside briefly.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chicken, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until combined.
  3. Spoon about 1.5 Tablespoons of cream cheese mixture into each half of jalapeños.
  4. Wrap a piece of bacon around stuffed jalapeños. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
