
Blackberry Mimosas

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 6 oz fresh blackberries, reserve a few for garnish
- 1/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) water
- 1/2 tsp lavender, crushed
- 6 4/5 oz Central Market Lemon Blackberry Club Soda
- 1 each bottle sparkling white wine or prosecco
Instructions
- Add blackberries, sugar, water and lavender to a small sauce pan. Bring to a simmer for about 7 to 9 minutes to allow berries to soften and break down. Smash with the back of a spoon or with an immersion blender.
- Strain seeds out and chill syrup for a few minutes in the freezer.
- Pour about 1 tablespoon of syrup in the bottom of each glass. Top with blackberry soda and sparkling white wine. Garnish with a fresh berry and mint leaves.
