  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp black garlic puree, plus more as needed to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped or minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt, or as needed to taste.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine cream cheese with black garlic, chives and salt.
  2. Whisk until smooth and ingredients are well incorporated. Season to taste, cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
  3. Chef's Note: Use on bagels, toast, or English muffins.
