Black Garlic Chili Tuna

Unsaved Black Garlic Chili Tuna

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Black garlic puree
  • 1 tbsp Stick + Tine Chile Garlic Crisp
  • 1 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
  • 12 oz Wild caught ahi tuna, about 2 steaks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk black garlic, chile garlic crisp, and soy sauce.
  2. Add tuna to the bowl and toss to coat on all sides. Marinate for at least 45 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat.
  4. Place tuna on grill for 2 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest.
  5. Chefs Note: serve over steamed rice or a bagged salad from produce
