
Black Garlic Chili Tuna

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Black garlic puree
- 1 tbsp Stick + Tine Chile Garlic Crisp
- 1 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 12 oz Wild caught ahi tuna, about 2 steaks
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk black garlic, chile garlic crisp, and soy sauce.
- Add tuna to the bowl and toss to coat on all sides. Marinate for at least 45 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Place tuna on grill for 2 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest.
- Chefs Note: serve over steamed rice or a bagged salad from produce
