Unsaved Best Ever Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and boiled till tender
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1/8 tsp White pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Half & half
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Green onion, finely chopped (save a little for garnish)
  • 3 Fully Cooked Bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Mash potatoes with an electric hand mixer.
  2. Add butter, pepper, salt, half & half and sour cream. Mix until well blended and lumps disappear.
  3. Add cheese, green onions and bacon. Mix until well blended.
  4. Garnish with green onion tops. Serve with meat of choice and vegetables.
