Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cup(s) Salted Butter, softened (3 sticks)
- 2 1/2 cup(s) Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Molasses
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 4 1/2 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
- 11 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In a mixer bowl, add butter and brown sugar. Mix on medium-high speed for 1 to 2 minutes to cream butter and sugar together.
- Add molasses, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Beat for 1 minute or until everything is incorporated and mixture is smooth.
- Add flour and stir through on low speed just until incorporated. Add chocolate chips and stir through. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Meanwhile, roll dough into 1-inch rounds and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Once oven reaches temperature, bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown but still tender. Remove to a cooling rack or tray.
- Repeat with remaining dough. Allow cookies to cool slightly before serving.
