Unsaved Beefy Onions and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 16 oz white mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1 each large white onion, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 2 tbsp Hoxy Beef Ramen Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat large non-stick pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil to that pan.
  3. Place mushrooms, butter and onions in the pan and cook for 5 minutes stirring every minute.
  4. Add beef ramen seasoning and 2 tablespoons of water. Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
